EDM recently had the privilege of hosting a big business conference for SAP SuccessFactors in Lebanon, bringing together a diverse group of HR professionals, industry experts, and thought leaders to explore the transformative power of SuccessFactors HXM. The event was a platform for SAP experts to showcase the latest HR technology innovations and ignite an eye-opening discussion on how organizations can utilize HXM to promote employee engagement, optimize talent management, and cultivate a culture of continuous growth.

The conference was a huge success, with attendees hailing from a wide range of industries, including healthcare, F&B, manufacturing, retail, fashion, and more. The event kicked off with a keynote from EDM SAP Business Unit Head, Mrs. Jinan Chehab, who emphasized the importance of embracing digital transformation and staying ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving business landscape. We were pleased with the intervention of SAP Sales Manager Levant, Mrs. Diana Haddad, who announced that EDM has become an SAP Gold Partner, signifying our commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions and services to our clients.

Later on, attendees had the opportunity to listen to an insightful session by the SAP Sales Manager – HR Solutions, Mr. Fadi Dernaika, about the latest innovations in HR technology. The next session was by the SAP Senior HR Solution Advisor, Mr. Hossam Hamdy, who explored the transformative power of SuccessFactors HXM. The event was an eye-opening discussion on how organizations can utilize HXM to promote employee engagement, optimize talent management, and cultivate a culture of continuous growth.
