Founded over 15 years ago, Bahr El Outour is a renowned name in the perfumery and cosmetics industry, with a growing footprint across the Middle East.

Specializing in oriental perfumes, beauty products, and skincare lines, the company currently operates multiple branches across Lebanon, Syria, and the UAE—including two newly launched branches in Dubai in early 2025.

With a reputation for excellence and a product range that merges tradition with innovation, Bahr El Outour has become a trusted destination for fragrance and beauty lovers across the region.

 

The Challenge

As Bahr El Outour expanded, managing operations across different countries became increasingly complex. Manual processes and disconnected systems made it difficult to track inventory, synchronize production, and generate real-time financial insights across branches.
With plans to enter the UAE market and scale further, the company needed a unified digital infrastructure to manage accounting, inventory, retail, and production under one seamless system.

 

The EDM Solution

In 2024, Bahr El Outour partnered with EDM to implement Noria Business Suite tailored to their needs. In early 2025, they updated the software and licenses to cover 2 new branches in Dubai. The solution from NORIA ERP included:

  • Automated Accounting across all countries
  • Stock Management System with real-time visibility
  • Retail System optimized for point-of-sale performance
  • Production Module to control and forecast manufacturing workflows
