First, the dairy farming that plays a foundational role, ensuring a controlled and consistent supply of high-quality raw materials. This is achieved through two strategically managed farms, a cow farm in Zahle and a goat and sheep farm in Mechmech. Second, the dairy production through modern facilities, including a 5,000 m² plant, blending ancestral techniques with cutting-edge technologies. Third, the distribution, export and import business line enables the company to cater to the domestic Lebanese market and export to key international markets.
