As the company continued to expand, SPSV made the strategic decision to move from their holding group’s Microsoft tenant to their own independent tenant — giving them greater flexibility, control, and scalability.
The Challenge: Moving to an Independent Microsoft Tenant
Migrating a full ERP environment is no small task. SPSV needed to:
- Transition from the group tenant to an independent Microsoft tenant.
- Migrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), including data and packages.
- Move all Microsoft Office 365 licenses, including the email domain.
- Integrate with ZATCA to ensure compliance with e-invoicing regulations.
- Complete the migration without disrupting daily operations.
This required a seamless transition plan with zero tolerance for downtime.
The EDM Solution: Flawless ERP & IT Migration

- Planning & Testing – Weeks of preparation and testing ensured every step was accounted for.

- Licenses & Packages – All Microsoft licenses and ERP packages were migrated without issue.
- Go-Live – By Monday morning, SPSV’s independent tenant was live, fully functional.
- ZATCA Integration: after 2 weeks from the go-live, ZATCA solution was ready and fully functional.
